Case Law Index
Packers and Stockyards Act

September 1, 1921 - March 1, 2011

This index provides a comprehensive though not necessarily exhaustive compilation of reported and unreported federal and state court decisions involving the Packers and Stockyards Act. State and federal court cases range from January 1, 1985 to the present, and decisions from the Supreme Court and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal go back to September 1921 when the Packers and Stockyards Act went into effect. For those cases that have been summarized by the National Agricultural Law Center, a link is provided to the summary. The index will be regularly updated to reflect new judicial developments. The cases are listed in reverse chronological order.
